Three weeks post-clavicle surgery, I'm cautiously increasing activity. My shoulder mobility is improving, but it's crucial to avoid pushing too hard too soon since my bones are still healing and my shoulder is tight and strained. Just because I can do something doesn't mean I should. I'm not "back" yet and nowhere near 100%. There's still a lot of work ahead to return properly. Recovery requires self-awareness, discipline, and patience. Listening to my body and balancing training with rest is key. With consistent effort, I believe I'll come back stronger.
