We looked at other states and other groups to see what was successful. Many states with legislation have struggled with implementation and others have struggled for years in the legislative process. Our team believes that healthcare decisions should be made by healthcare providers. The best use of our resources is to educate and provide information to medical professionals rather than working with legislators."
