Achievement and Appreciation
Achieving a goal can be in many phases and so is appreciation , it can be just words of good work or simply thank you .
We all work mainly for money but it doesn’t mean we don’t need to be appreciated.
I believe when we work hard towards a goal , the results will surely show if not today , tomorrow . The team worked hard to try to understand the factors causing the defect and the results are encouraging, we improved 10% , the journey is still far but we must keep our heads high and continue to improve . We have to optimise and improve the process to get the results that is desired
To quote Kung Fu Panda :
"If You Only Do What You Can Do, You Will Never Be More Than What You Are Now."
To end this , appreciate your team , say thank you , good work , well done . Let them feel they belong , they are worth something .
Here is the team having a simple meal of KFC for achieving the first step of our goal .
Have a good weekend folks !

*NEVER TOO LATE TO START*
I stumbled upon a remarkable milestone yesterday - KFC's 40th anniversary! Reading about the founder's journey left me in awe. Despite starting later in life, Colonel Sanders' determination led to a legacy that's still finger-lickin' good today!
This reminds us: it's never too late to pursue your dreams! Every success story began with a single step, regardless of age or timing.
Embrace this empowering truth:
Your start doesn't dictate your finish.
Every delay is an opportunity to refine your vision.
Success is a marathon, not a sprint.
Kickstart your week with renewed hope and confidence! Believe in yourself, your abilities, and your timing.
Friday officially has a new tradition! 🤩
When I joined Mosh I heard about a tradition where a few Moshers would go to Barry's to work out. A month ago, we introduced ClassPass and I took a challenge to go with them for a class.
After 4 weeks of replacing my lunch break with this team bonding activity, here are 4 lessons I've learned:
1. Having the same ritual will always bring new topics!
2. Doing high-intensity classes will help you to show vulnerability, as you would have good days and not-so-good ones. 😩
3. This kind of active break will result in more productive, enjoyable, and energetic work.
4. I discovered that I can run like crazy, and I am still as competitive as I was as a kid. 🏃🏼♀️On top of that, I’m super keen to compete with C level 😅
Enjoy your weekend, and think about bonding rituals you can introduce as part of your culture to boost the team connection!

Yesterday, I turned 32.
I'm incredibly grateful to be surrounded by my amazing friends and family and to be working towards creating an iconic British brand! 🙏🇬🇧
Here are some things I have learned...
Doctoral Student at Penn State 🇺🇸 || Founder; Career Associates Foundation || PPG Fellow || Developing Advanced Materials || Additive Manufacturing || Scholar(EduUSA OFP & iSI) || Leadership
I have seen this video multiple times and it doesn’t seems I will get tired yet!
One thing is certain, if you are be diligent with that which you find yourself doing, you never can tell who is watching.
Time and chance happen to it all.
Draw inspiration from this young man who went from being a restaurant attendant to representing a global brand “Fendi!”.
See the 360 transformation. It should tell you that one single opportunity can change your entire career, business etc…. Till that opportunity come, keep preparing.
Approach life with open mindedness knowing that what you look like today does not mean you will remain in that position forever.
There is light at the end.
Again, Ecc 9:10 say “Whatsoever thy hand find to do, do it with thy might;…”
Goodluck!

Alhamdolillah, Ramadan is one day away in Pakistan & accross the globe, moon has been sighted. so I thought to share some points which may benefit us.
1- prepare a timetable to follow in Ramadan like working hours, when to Recite, sleep, walk, jog, etc
2- widen your horizon & listen the difference of opinion regarding religious views
3- Ramadan & Quran has a special relation, start reciting consciously. Great to recite with understanding.
4- Charity - plan it, make an estimated budget and spend on the real needy ones instead of distributing on institution of beggars. Find a single person, who can be benefitted instead of multiple persons with small numbers. People also distribute ZAKAT in this month, advisable to learn first the applicability of zakat, how to calculate & to whom to pay.
5- Set a target to learn - any single topic such as Quran with Tarjuma (recommended Surah Yousuf, Kahf, Noor, Furqan, Noah, Mulk). Also can learn rules regarding Salah (namaaz), Seerat knowledge (Prophet's life)
6- find Imam for taravih that increase your love with Quran, you can find if you want (personally experienced)
7- Shopping - most important since we will have Eid & obviously wearing new clothes is blessing. Advisable to do in coming 3 to 4 days in order to avoid market visit in last part of Ramadan, these special nights will never comeback, cash it.
8- Beautify - last minute Beautification is a common day trend (visiting parlours), advisable to avoid it, basic is ok but spending unusual time on it may cost in cashing the jewels of Ramadan.
9- add / suggest anything comes in your mind :)

9 months as an AE at Deel 😱 the time has absolutely flown; I don’t think I’ve ever learnt so much in such a short space of time.
Some of my key takeaways:
⚡️You’re going to make mistakes in a new role. Probably quite a lot. The good news is, once you do, you learn from them and don’t make the same mistake twice. 👊🏽
⚡️Feedback is everything. Ask for feedback whenever you can. Take every bit onboard, soak it up like a sponge and action it.
⚡️A bit of healthy competition is great but… comparison really is the thief of joy. Be your own competition, stay in your lane and focus on being better than YOU were last month.
⚡️Don’t be scared to take time off - I know so many people fear this especially starting a new job / role. Sometimes we just need some R&R and you always come back feeling ready to go 💪🏽 (picture of me in Dubai last week doing exactly this!!)
Now for the most important one…
✨✨ remember to celebrate your small wins, remind yourself of how much you’ve learnt / how far you’ve come since day 1. It’s important to be your own cheerleader sometimes and remind yourself you’ve got this & you can do it ❤️
