Time management and self improvement hack: I tend to have a little bit of ADHD so focusing on prioritised tasks which may feel mundane or slow can be hard for me to complete without a lot of effort. Knowing this about myself I’ve had to think about how to tackle this and test out different things that help. What’s one thing that helps me overcome this? I use a kitchen timer on my desk which I set a timebox of focus time. This is a constant visual reminder to stay on task for the set period of time and work towards the deadline I’ve set for myself. Does it work 100% of the time? No. But it works more often then not. It also drives me to work faster towards a set short term goal.

I love this idea, and I use a similar strategy myself! For me, the Pomodoro Technique has been a game-changer. 😊
As a person with ADHD, I’m going to have to try this!
