I’ve been a little quiet, but it’s time for an update! I left Dropbox in early October after nearly two years. I’m so grateful for the partnerships built, the incredible teams I supported, and the experiences that shaped me during my time there. October was a gift. I focused on my physical and mental health, tackled long-overdue personal and home projects, and read daily. I volunteered for the Harris campaign here in Las Vegas, learned how to build furniture, and spent a week at surf camp in beautiful Nicaragua 🌊. While I can’t say I slowed down, I was able to focus and be more present for my family in a way I hadn't before—showing up as a calmer, more playful parent and a more supportive partner. This intentional period gave me the clarity and energy to embrace my next chapter with purpose. After quietly building behind the scenes in November, I’m thrilled to share that I’ve joined forces with my husband, Victor Schwenoha, as CFO and consultant for Own My Growth (OMG.) At OMG, we help SaaS startups and scale-ups navigate their operational challenges and grow with intention. I’m excited to bring nearly 15 years of FP&A experience—collaborating with executives to align company goals with actionable budgets and resources, and using data to drive strategic decision-making—to our work with founders and revenue leaders.
