𝗜𝘁'𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝘆𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗲𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿. It's just... kind of sitting there. FLAT. This is a big change from what we're used to… 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗳𝘁? So what does this mean for you? ➡️Generic applications won't cut it anymore. ➡️Companies are being more selective than ever. ➡️They're looking for candidates who match their specific needs EXACTLY The big question here is: 𝗔𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗷𝗼𝗯?
