Just recently I was having a conversation with a friend and he made a statement; 'things just happen' I had to quickly make a correction; things don't just happen- especially when it's a human action. People premedidate and take a conscious decision which results in a choice. The saying "things just happen" is often used as an excuse to avoid responsibility for our actions, but the truth is, our choices are the result of conscious decisions. While factors like upbringing, environment, and social influences can affect our decision-making, it's ultimately up to us to be aware of these influences and make choices that align with our values and goals. This is where knowledge and wisdom come in. By educating ourselves and cultivating a healthy mindset, we can make better choices and steer our lives in a positive direction. So yes, people know exactly what they're doing but then there are factors that aid that decision. Get wiser guys! #intentional #intentionality #choices #decisions

REPOST if you agree! Science tells us changing our thoughts is the only way to change our actions. Researchers say we think criticism changes our behavior for the better. It is just the opposite, criticism depletes you. When you feel better – you take better actions for great results. And here is the amazing part: When you practice being kinder to yourself, ALL of your relationships benefit! #leadershipdevelopment #resiliency #selftalk #mindset #claimleadership #keynotespeaker #wellbeingatwork

🌟 Friday Reflections Series 🌟 Embrace the outcome, even if it wasn’t in our favor. True strength is accepting results without offense, recognizing growth opportunities, and moving forward purposefully. In times like these, when heated reactions and divisive comments are all too common, it's essential to remember the power of acceptance and respect. Insults and negativity only serve to divide us, pushing brilliant minds apart when, in reality, collaboration could lead to shared success. Let’s take a step back and reflect on how we respond to outcomes that don't align with our desires. Rather than letting disappointment fuel discord, let’s harness it as a moment for growth. Accepting results gracefully opens the door to understanding, connection, and the opportunity to work together to achieve something remarkable. This Friday, let’s embrace a mindset of collaboration and resilience. Let's focus on building bridges and fostering a culture where we can work together towards a shared vision of success, even in disagreement. #StrongerTogether #FridayThoughts #UnityInDiversity #CollaborationOverCompetition

Perspectives Matter! This piece of article attached below made me pause a moment to question what perspective means. A positive perspective drives us to respond and not react in unforeseen situations. The young boy’s experience mentioned in the article allows us to appreciate the subtle grandeur of life. This intelligible perspective helps us to override the egoistic snob who’s inside of us. In short, magnify the possibilities of enduring a problem through the lens of a fresh perspective rather than focusing on the core of the problem. It enables us to build values and thrive in life! #PerspectivesMatter #PositiveMindset #MindsetShift #ValueBuilding #LifeLessons #PersonalGrowth

Most common feedback that I usually share with my associates: letting other people define who you are is a quick way to start feeling lost, powerless, and insecure. Remember to stay true to yourself and your values, and don't let anyone else's perception of you become your reality. #selfawareness #personaldevelopment #mindsetshift
