Out of 10 lakh aspirants, only around 1.5 lakh make it to the JEE Mains. So, what happens to the rest? We all know the statistics—JEE Mains is one of the toughest exams in India, and only a small fraction of students clear it. In fact, with more than 10 lakh students appearing for the exam each year, less than 15% make it past the cut-off. That’s a huge number of dreams that are dashed, aspirations that fall short, and countless students who feel like failures. But let me ask you this—does that really mean they are failures? When I look back at my own journey and the many students I've worked with, I can't help but think of the countless times I've faced setbacks, both big and small. But here’s the truth I’ve learned from experience: failure is not the end. It's the beginning of something bigger, something better. Take Bill Gates, for instance. Did you know his first venture, Traf-O-Data, failed miserably? If he had given up then, we wouldn’t have Microsoft today. Or Oprah Winfrey, who was told she wasn’t fit for television. She could have walked away, but instead, she went on to build an empire that would change the world. These stories, just like the stories of students who don’t clear JEE Mains, are about learning from setbacks. They show us that a single failure doesn’t define your future—it refines you, it strengthens you. At Motion Education Pvt Ltd, we've seen how failure, when handled the right way, can lead to incredible comebacks. Many of our students didn’t make it the first time, but they came back stronger, more determined, and ultimately, successful. Just like Bill Gates and Oprah, you don’t need to be defined by a single failure. It’s the way you rise from it that matters. So, if you’re one of those who didn’t make it this time—remember, this is just one chapter of your story. Keep going, learn from your experience, and prepare for your next breakthrough. The real victory isn’t in the outcome; it’s in the journey and the resilience you build along the way. What lesson have you learned from your failures? Share your thoughts below. #JEEJourney #FailureIsNotTheEnd #Resilience #NVsir #Entrepreneurship #GrowthMindset

This inquiry was posed to me over 25 years ago. A newly established educational institute highlighted the fact that only a small number of students gain admission to the IIMs (which numbered only four or five at that time), despite over a hundred thousand candidates taking the CAT examination. As we have all witnessed, this has led to a rapid proliferation of MBA institutes and business schools, with likely more than 5,000 in existence today. While quality remains a priority, there are pressing concerns regarding whether there are sufficient opportunities to accommodate the large influx of graduates emerging from these educational institutions. A notable example for inspiration is Mr. Amitabh Bachchan, who faced rejection due to someone deeming his voice unsuitable. However, it is precisely his voice that continues to resonate through the platform of KBC.

Er UTKARSH ANAND It's not the case. This hasn't happened with me in my 2.5 yrs of working timeline as they take this very seriously and if there isn't any issue from an individual's side then they follow salary distribution on the due date and inform as well in case of any delay due to sunday or any holiday.
