Talk about an exciting Holiday week. Yesterday Anna Prim and I welcomed Gartners largest new hire class of 2024 to a dynamic and cross-geography learning environment, with 30 New Hires in Dallas, and 22 New Hires here in Fort Myers, Florida. From morning kickoffs, breakout group sessions, self-led modules, e-learnings, office scavenger hunts, networking, and an incredible panel discussion with some of Gartner's top sales leaders and rising stars (Jamie Coppers, Jacky Miller, Chris Belden and Nathaniel Laventhall) - Day 1 and Day 2 of Embark have not disappointed yet. Our sales leaders shared many insights yesterday but a few that stood out and that we will continuously reinforce over the next 3, and 8 weeks to get these new hires off to a fast start and sales production here at Gartner inside our MSE Channel are: - Getting off to a fast start: Be naturally curious and constantly learning from top performers - Networking and Role Acclimation: Own your own development and leverage your resources around you - How to Accelerate Your Career: Master your craft where you are at build your brand through performance and networking - Driving Business Results: Maintain a champions mindset, be humble and hungry, and adopt best practices On top of incredible classroom content, a review of Gartners culture, and words of wisdom from our CEO, CHRO and CFO, I've been blown away by the participation, excitement and eagerness of our new hires to learn, participate and accelerate their careers. The best is yet to come for our New Hires and I cannot wait to see them graduate Embark in 16 days and Propel their careers to new heights! #SalesDevelopment #GartnerTraining #SalesLeadership
