It means LMG's more than 6,000 brokers will be able to push more than 200 data points from MyCRM to Quickli, including income, assets, liabilities and expenses data, and eliminate a double-up in processing when building an initial scenario. I’m excited to share that I will now be managing #NPS for DebtManagers It is a widely used metric which basically is asking ““how likely are you to recommend us on a scale from 0 to 10” NPS (Net promoter Score) is a survey our #customers are sent and complete based on a set of questions to help us navigate what we are doing right and where we can improve. If we have unhappy customers we want to know where and how we can do better. Its highly invaluable to the company to better the experience for not only the customers but to ensure we are living up to our claims of #Creatingafairerfinancialworld
