Bech-Bruun has assisted Dalgasgroup (formerly known as HedeDanmark and owned by one of Denmark's oldest commercial foundations, Hedeselskabet) with the future acquisition of the hydroseeding business activities of the DLF group. Hedeselskabet is an association with the status of a commercial foundation, whose foundation dates back to 1866 – more than 150 years ago. Within Hedeselskabet's business areas, they work to counteract and mitigate climate change by reducing and compensating for CO2 emissions, replacing CO2-intensive materials with alternatives, and through climate protection solutions. Hedeselskabet contributes to increasing biodiversity and develops effective solutions for the full utilization of scarce natural resources and for recycling. In the latest financial year, they had a net turnover of more than 2 billion. The DLF group is ultimately owned by Dansk Landbrugs Frøselskab A.M.B.A. The DLF group offers leading, well-proven seed solutions that connect science, innovation, and application to support the efficient, sustainable cultivation of our planet. Bech-Bruun's team was headed by Morten Bruun-Larsen and Julie Eskildsen. Bech-Bruun congratulates all parties involved on the successful transaction. https://lnkd.in/ded4Nc3j
