These are the 2 biggest mistakes I see founders make when they start creating content. (Let's jump right into it) 1. Posting inconsistently Posting once a month isn't going to work. People need to see you often to put a voice to the name. Posting at least 3x a week minimum is the key here. 2. Not staying true to yourself Getting it done beats being perfect. I have tried the perfect route, All this leads to is less content being posted. And even when it is, it's not a genuine post. Embrace the experience and expertise you have, And share that content with the world. (No matter how ugly you think it is) Creating content as a founder can be a game-changer. But only if you do it right. Watch out for these common mistakes. Steer clear of these pitfalls. And watch how your content soars. Your brand will thank me later. P.S. How are we feeling about the new sweater?

What would your advice be to someone who is struggling with consistency? I've seen a lot of people flame out due to lack of engagement, my advice was to keep testing and do it for a long time. It isn't an overnight thing.

Morgan J Ingram that’s right, sir! It’s important to post consistently and share your value on a regular basis. It shows your audience that they can rely on you for valuable information and it’s solidifies you incrementally building up your value proposition through LinkedIn content I think it’s an amazing opportunity to be there for your audience and continue to sharpen your skill set and expertise and your specific niche. Do you all post consistently in your niche or are your content pillars more broad?

Morgan J Ingram .. consistency is one key variable that applies to everyone unless you are at the celebrity level! PS - The blue was the saving grace for the sweater. But I think the 70s want it back.
