I was told that I will regret my decision to keep working as a CMO while being a mom. And though finding balance is almost an everyday challenge, I wouldn't have it any other way. 💪 I am super proud that even in this period of my life I am able to climb further up. I have decided to leave the superb team of Lossless and join ForceField as a Portfolio CMO, expand my skill set. 👩💻 Acquiring additional digital competences through marketing strategy management for multiple projects is something I was carrying in the back of my head as a professional #growth milestone. Super happy I can turn this into action now. My son has become my partner in this growth period. 👶 He's great at doing ice breakers because no one expects to turn their camera on and find a baby in the screen! Yes, it can be the opposite too, where he wants sleep NOW and is all kranky. 🤪 But that's why I love #web3 - people understand. And though those moments cause stress for ~15 minutes for me personally, I am constantly assured by others that "don't you worry". Off to my next professional development stage. 🌱
