Some terrific insights by #BrysonDeChambeau in this video. 👍 Visual vs Feel Do you know if you are a visual performer or a feel performer? 🤔 All of us have one sense mode that is stronger/dominant/easier to trust. For Bryson it is "feel". He says he doesn't see the ball during the swing... it's all about 'feeling the motion". For some golfers it's all about the "visual" of the Target or the "visual" of the shot shape. There is no right or wrong. You just need to know which sense mode gives you the most Trust... and make sure you are directing your focus and your intent to that sensory mode during the shot. Presence vs Situation When Bryson is focusing on the feel of the motion he is fully "present" in his senses. Pressure, emotions and expectations are all "noise" outside of that presence are just situational distractions keeping him from being present "in the motion". Learning to be "present" is a skill that can be trained just like the swing. Spend some time at the range testing whether you are visual or feel AND strengthening your ability to be present in that sense and block out the noise. Your scores will thank you.

You can start just by swinging your Dog lead, thero bands or skipping ropes. If the rope hits you it’s a lesson to adjust the position of your hands to allow the rope the right of passage. This is easy for anyone to start doing as we simply - Don’t Jump Through - you roll the patterns and let the rope guide you into drawing a figure 8 out in front.

This *Inaugural Aerial Exhibition* @Gym5 in MirthWest PDX remains a pinnacle expression of such Narratyve Buddhyzm. Produced just over a decade ago, this short clip (thee premiere'̦ of #thedirectorsedit ‼️) offers an exclammable portal into the salons of olde via the sheer stuntery and stunning grace of A-WOL Dance Collective 's Paulina Muñoz. Just a few ingredients are needed to pull thys off:: a 19ft lofted atrium, a crow's-nest full of curiosity, a nautical-grade cargo hold, and a(ny) quirky co-conspirators (Jeff Ota !̦ Empire Green , Terrazign Inc & ENGAGING ENVIRONMENTS LLC ). The outcome -- this aerial performance -- was the least concern; the staging was the primary focus throughout this 2yr project.
