I’ve had +125% YoY growth in my business 4 years in row, but incorporating a multichannel approach was the hardest. When I started my journey, I had: 1. Minimal knowledge of multi-channel marketing 2. A small, dedicated customer base 3. A limited budget for experimentation 4. Fear of failure But that was the best part.
