Moët Hennessy Diageo Malaysia and Moët Hennessy Diageo Singapore are thrilled to announce the appointment of Laura Drozdowski Lot as the new Marketing Director for Moët Hennessy Maisons in Malaysia and Singapore. Laura began her journey with Moët Hennessy 12 years ago, as a Brand Manager and Training Education Project Leader for Maison Krug in Paris, and later transitioned to the role of Senior Brand Manager for Editions Rares at Maison. In her most recent role as Global Head of Marketing & Digital, Laura led the marketing, retail, and distribution strategy for Hennessy brands in Global Travel Retail. Laura has also successfully launched exclusive products like Hennessy X.O Spirit of Travel, while developing innovative digital engagement and customer experiences, such as Senses of Hennessy. Laura’s expertise and leadership will guide the marketing vision for our prestigious brands under the Moet Hennessy portfolio such as Hennessy, Moet & Chandon, Veuve Clicquot, Dom Perignon and Belvedere. Her mission is to enhance our brands’ desirability, reinforce our leadership positions and craft memorable experiences for our consumers. The Power Of Resilience! Just over a month ago, we closed arguably the best fiscal year in the history of Pernod Ricard Kenya. This was defined by the amazing results delivered by the team, growing ~20% volume and ~60% value in an incredibly turbulent period, delivering disproportionate premiumization, profitable business continuity and sustainability. In a year the region (and country) went through very defining organizational changes for a quarter, a new team ‘storming, forming and norming’ for another quarter, the resilience shown by the team has been simply commendable. Some key highlights of the year include: 1. Achieving market leadership in Cognac with Martell. 2. Reinforcing Jameson by almost doubling Jameson Black Barrel Volume and Value. 3. Acceleration in luxury and prestige with significant value growth with The Glenlivet. 4. Reestablishng Belaire as the go to bubbly for the nightlife and flex moments, etc. As we continue our journey to market leadership, by outgrowing our peers/competitors, we are committed to leveraging arguably the best portfolio in the industry to provide our consumers the best products supported by the experiences. We are building the best team in the industry, one that ensures everyone grows, everyone learns and everyone is rewarded. Celebrating 2 Years of Growth and Impact at Pernod Ricard 🍾 Today marks 2 incredible years of #anniversary at Pernod Ricard a journey filled with #learning, #collaboration, #care and #achievement. Before joining Pernod Ricard, I have been focusing on #engagement with third parties, customers and consumers, but never with internal employees. What I can say so far about internal engagement is that it is at the same time the most difficult and rewarding one to lead. Until now I’ve had the privilege of contributing to enabling personalized peer-to-peer #sharing and #SelfUpskilling of the #Commercial population in the Group with my team. At Pernod Ricard, this #Change & #Mindset intitiative is called STAR VOICE. In a nutshell it is: 🌐 1 Global #Sales #Community with +650 relevant members spread in all of our 60+ entities including Sales, #GeneralManagement, #Transformation, #TradeMarketing, etc. 🎥 +10 Global Sales Community Calls so far, all focusing on key #business topics and gathering +150 participants in average each time. 📚 1 #BestPractice Library with +200 easy to replicate and proven best practice initiatives to #SaveTime and #Money shared from the markets and central functions visited +50K times. ✅ +80 best practices successfully replicated across the world, and probably many more that we need to track! 🚀 And... 1 truly global team dedicated to add #value to the #business! These accomplishments wouldn’t have been possible without the guidance of my great #leader and #mentor Miroslava Simova and our team members. Also a special thanks to my numerous colleagues, at the headquarters and in the markets, who help me to #grow everyday.
