This question set the tone for discussion during a recent panel at The Customer Show Australia, where our Group Insurance Manager of Experience Design, Simone Colburt, took the stage alongside Janelle McQueen-Paice and Stephanie Ransom. Together, they discussed how the finance and insurance sectors can collaborate to create more inclusive experiences.
