What an inspiring and amazing conversation with Dimpy and Sonu on “women in leadership”. When I asked the team about their key takeaways from the session, we got an array of responses from Dimpy’s favourite “network is your net worth” to learning, Sonu’s work-life integration to outsourcing and many others. Women at Workday India Chapter is still talking about how inspiring these two women are and I am proud to have them on my speed dial list !

Inspiring leadership.
Diversity of thinking, innovation, 'leading from the front, back or side, not from up on a pedestal' and bringing your whole self to work reflect her holistic and dejargonised style.
I love that Supriya Rao Patwardhan says —
"Today, there are companies and legislation saying you have to have female leaders and women on the board. This is an artificial step. You can’t promote women just because they are women."
Role model for women power.

#LeadHER : Where women at work rise, a balanced culture thrives and opportunity knows no glass ceiling. 🚀
Imagine a world where your women leaders aren't just hoping for change – they are leading it.
When I look back on the engagement in our past #LeadHER Roundtables, I am truly delighted because it validates the #purpose behind creating this platform.. Witnessing women leaders and male allies actively participating, sharing insights, and supporting one another's journey is incredibly fulfilling.
#Key#takeaways from the past roundtables:
🎤 Roundtable 1 - Accelerating Progress in the Workplace:
This discussion focused on the importance of investing in women and how it accelerates progress not only for women themselves, but for society and more so, the economy as a whole. In our heart-centred conversation, Noelle, Brenda Jordan, Partha and I spotlighted the impact of genuinely investing in women and promoting financial independence. We shared personal stories that highlighted the key role of male allies in fostering an inclusive workplace culture.

This article is filled with so many amazing thoughts on inclusion from Indra Nooyi. We agree 💯 that inclusion, equitiy and diversity needs to start with the C-Suite! In fact, we come in and train your leadership rather than hiring a Chief DEI Officer.
"I wonder, for instance, if appointing a diversity and inclusion [D&I] vice president alone is the right approach. Diversity and inclusion cannot simply be delegated to one individual. That is a cop-out. It should be on the CEO’s plate as a priority and central to the HR agenda, not something that ebbs and flows with the quality of a diversity and inclusion leader."
