Ryan was like so many people with big dreams and a taste for the finer things. He loved the idea of a life where he could enjoy stylish living without constantly worrying about money. But he found himself in a job where his income barely supported his goals, let alone the lifestyle he wanted. That’s when Ryan discovered a 30-day plan specifically created for people with a vision for both success and luxury. This wasn’t about long years of hard work or sacrifice. It was about making quick, meaningful moves in the right direction. Each day, he followed a clear path designed to build wealth without over-complicating things. The results? By day 30, Ryan was experiencing income growth he hadn’t thought possible in such a short time. And he was doing it without giving up his unique style or values. Is Family Time the True Wealth? In the rush of building businesses, chasing targets which are usually set by others and striving for success, it's easy to get caught up in the energy of the hustle. But here’s a reminder: True wealth isn’t measured by the number of deals closed or the titles earned. It’s in the moments we create with those who matter most. The laughter shared over a great family meal, the spontaneous weekend getaways, or even the simple, quiet evenings spent together—these are the treasures that fill our hearts, long after the meetings and milestones are forgotten. When we make time for our loved ones, we’re investing in something far more valuable: relationships, joy, and memories that become our legacy. So, let’s remember to pause, embrace those rare special moments, and give our presence to the people who remind us why we work so hard. After all, success means nothing if we don’t have someone to share it with. Have a great Sunday everyone! #FamilyFirst #MomentsThatMatter #BalanceForBetter #Inspiration

Friday Reflections: ✨ Moving is never easy. It’s a rollercoaster of emotions—excitement and concerns bundled together. When my fiancé and I decided to move to Nevada, it felt different this time. Since the pandemic hit in 2020, we’ve relocated every year—leaving NYC and bouncing between three states and six homes. Each move brought its own challenges, but this time, something shifted. We’ve grown closer and more aligned with our goals and dreams. After a quick search, Nevada stood out as the place to begin this new chapter. But this wasn’t just another move—it felt like the beginning of something special. It wasn’t just about finding a new home; it was about creating the life we’ve always envisioned. As entrepreneurs, we embraced the chance to reshape our business around the lifestyle we truly desire—one that gives us freedom and the ability to live on our terms while building sustainable income. Nearly five months in, the journey has proven to be deeply rewarding, and this is just the beginning. Through all the chaos, one thing stayed constant: staying true to our values, focusing on joy, and maintaining a lifestyle that promotes health, longevity, and mental clarity. These choices have grounded us and helped turn hectic years into treasured memories. Now, fast forward to today, basking in the Nevada sun with blue skies and mountain views, we feel more alive than ever. Life is too short to be lived behind walls or held back by fear. Some think we’re brave for moving so often, while others think we’re crazy—but we see ourselves as truly living. Our focus has always been on taking each step to build the life of our dreams—one breath, one bite, one move at a time. What about you? What’s one thing you’d change today to better align your life with your future goals? Happy Friday, friends. 🌞 #EntrepreneurLifestyle #LivingOnYourTerms #MoveWithPurpose #longevitylifestyle

🌟 BIG Changes, BIGGER Focus 🌟 Over the past few months, I’ve been doing some serious soul-searching (and let’s be honest, calendar-staring 😂). Beyond Commercial has grown into something truly special—a strong foundation built on hard work, faith, and the incredible support from YOU all. I’m beyond grateful for the clients, partners, and friends who’ve believed in this mission. 🙏 That said, growth often means making hard decisions. 😅 To give my best to my team, my clients, and my family, I’m focusing more intentionally on CRE (Commercial Real Estate). I’ve realized I can’t do everything—at least not all at once. Shocking, I know! 😂 But being realistic about how to balance faith, family, fitness, and finance means creating space for the moments that matter most—whether it’s a client emergency or extra snuggles with my kids. 💕 This shift isn’t easy (so many passions, so little time!), but I’m confident it’s what’s needed for the next chapter of growth. If you’ve been part of the journey so far—thank you from the bottom of my heart. 🫶 And if you’re just tuning in, welcome to a new chapter full of focus, purpose, and maybe a little less overbooking. 😉 P.S. I'm not going to put an ad out, but I'm at the point where I would totally considered another licensed team member to accomodate all of our showings for our occupiers and owners. Not in a rush as I'm going to be really careful to find the right fit --> someone who's empathic AND genuine, kind AND curious, tenacious in that they can keep pushing while also working hard to advocate their clients interests professionally. Above all, I like folks who can anticipate client needs and be responsive rather than reactive. We are in that space right now in our firm and I want to keep that culture. Here’s to building something extraordinary, one step at a time. 💼✨ #BeyondCommercial #CRE #FaithFamilyFitnessFinance

In 2015, my corporate journey hit a roadblock due to a chronic health condition... ✴️But guess what? As life gave me lemon I decided to make a margarita out of it🍹! I am grateful, as I would have otherwise stayed in inertia and would have never explored otherwise! ✳️This was just the beginning of my incredible journey! Despite the setback, I refused to let circumstances define me. Instead, I pivoted towards a path less traveled - real estate. With determination as my compass, I ventured into passive income and never looked back🏡. ✴️Today, I stand tall, not just as a survivor, but as a thriver! My story is a testament to the power of resilience and the unwavering belief in one's dreams💪. ✳️ As I explored the solutions I never knew existed, it became my mission to bring those back to my community of hard-working first-gen immigrants, tech and medical professionals. What challenges are you facing today that has become your roadblock today? ✴️Let this be a reminder for you: Your setbacks are just stepping stones to your greatest victories and possibilities you may have not known! Embrace the journey, and let your resilience fuel your success🚀. ✳️ Let your setback be an inspiration to many, what have you overcome in your life, what have you learned from it, and even better - how are you helping others with it? ✴️Learning from my lessons, I am helping families carve out paths in passive income and beyond without reinventing the wheel. I am on a mission to change the financial trajectory of one family at a time and thousands more to go. Are you going to be part of this mission and achieve your transformation🤝? ☎️I would be happy to jump on a call and talk to you about your roadblocks and creative solutions! . . #CorporateJourney #PassiveIncome #RealEstateVenture #SuccessStory #FinancialTransformation #TransformYourLife

You’ve worked hard. That car you always dreamed of? Paid in full. What an enviable feeling. Whether it was business, career or wise investments, you’ve set yourself up in such a way that money will never be a concern. That doesn’t mean you’re not always striving for more though, because… well, that’s what you should do, right? This is true happiness. Only, that’s not how you’re feeling. Something feels…off. This is where the Easterlin Paradox kicks in. Developed by economist Richard Easterlin back in the 70s, it tells us that after a certain point, more money doesn’t necessarily translate into more happiness. Strange, right? You’d think doubling your income would double your satisfaction, but instead, you might find yourself stuck in a comparison game. Why? As your income rises, so do your expectations. Keeping up with the Joneses becomes a relentless chase — particularly in cities like Sydney or Melbourne. The finish line moves, and suddenly, contentment feels just out of reach. It’s a paradox many high-earners face. The success you’ve worked so hard for might improve your life materially, but it doesn’t always bring that deep sense of fulfilment. Sure, it may temporarily… However, happiness isn’t just about having more. It’s about what you’re doing with what you have. Perhaps it’s time to shift focus. Not just on growing wealth, but on how you measure success in life. Are you prioritising the things that genuinely bring you joy? Are you investing in relationships, personal growth, or experiences that matter? Wealth is a tool — a means to an end — but it’s worth asking, what end are you truly working towards? At the end of the day, true wealth might not be in the number you see in your account, the number of cars in your garage or the suburb you live in, but in the moments that truly make you feel alive. #sydneyfinance #sydneyfinancialplanner #financialadviser #financialadvisor #financialfreedom #financialindependence #mindset #lifeplanning #economist #easterlin #easterlinparadox #luxury #wealth

Have you invested in your most valuable asset? What does your portfolio of your most valuable asset look like? The time we have is our most valuable asset. Don’t believe me, consider this. You can lose all your material possessions and obtain others to replace them. You can lose all of your financial wealth and replenish your bank account. You could even lose your life and have it restored through the miracle of medicine. However, once you have lost time, it is gone forever, and you can not regain the time that has passed. The time you have is precious. Creating intention with your time is making the most of the opportunity that time provides. Too many people will spend more time planning their next vacation than they will invest in designing their lives. Your identity is in the life you live. Identity is not in the beach vacation you spent the last six months planning, The impact of your life defines Your Kingdom. Embracing the time you have in life is empowerment. As Pink Floyd sings in their song Time, “You run, and you run to catch up with the sun, but it’s sinking, racing around to come up behind you again. You are shorter of breath and one day close to death.” It is time for you to gain control of your time and make the investment. It is never too late. Grab some time on my calendar, and let’s have an investment conversation. Be Bold! #strategy #innovation #creativity #business #kingdombuilder

To all the people who navigated their quarter life crisis during the pandemic, here's what nobody is telling you: You spent months questioning if your job was right for you. The reality sank in: 40+ years in your career is actually a very long time. Especially if it's doing something you don't enjoy. You made a job change, but now it's been 4 more years and the fulfillment... Well, it's still not there. Yes, the job was exciting when you first took it, you love your team, and you're great at the work. But all of that combined can't make up for this nagging feeling that you're meant for more. You keep saying "someday I'll be my own boss" as if someday you'll have less responsibilities, less student debt, less concern about finances But what nobody else will tell you: You have a choice to make right now. You want to work remotely, on your own schedule, doing something you genuinely care about. You want to have the freedom to travel as often as possible and not be trapped in the same city forever. Your dream is to start your own business, but you have no idea what you'd do or how to start. But it's a good thing you're reading this post today, because I've navigated it all and this is exactly what I teach my clients. This is how I became the CEO of my life, took back my time, make more money than I did in consulting, and get to ski 70+ days a season. You can too with my proven method. Grab the free course to find a business idea and launch it in the next 30 days, while your 9-5 still covers the bills: https://lnkd.in/gwEZTHvm If you wait, you'll only be one year older when you finally do it. -- TBT when I felt like I was living the dream spending a long weekend skiing in Denver with PTO.
