💡 The Future of Work and Gen AI in Europe I recently attended a thought-provoking Gallup webinar on why Europe is lagging behind the rest of the world in adopting Gen AI. Here are some eye-opening insights: * Only 1 in 10 leaders strongly agree that Gen AI is empowering their employees to perform better. * The HR functions are underprepared for AI adoption. My personal experience shows that there is a strong sense of suspicion when discussing Gen AI with many professionals. What became clear is that the biggest challenge is the mindset. Leaders’ perceptions play a crucial role. Without embracing new technologies and fostering a culture of openness, the benefits of AI will remain untapped. It's all about trust, readiness, and creating a supportive environment for innovation. What are your thoughts on overcoming these cultural barriers? #FutureOfWork #OrganisationalCulture #AIAdoption #DigitalTransformation #Innovation #MindsetShift

#HRtechconf this year was busy! It was wonderful to reconnect with familiar faces and meet new people as well. The recurring theme, unsurprisingly, was AI—specifically, the use of agents—and skills development. What I didn’t anticipate was the depth of conversations around how organizations are preparing for AI. It was refreshing to hear TA leaders openly acknowledge the need to evaluate their current operational processes to ensure AI will truly drive progress for TA and HR teams. 🙇♀️ Exactly!! ➡ TA leaders recognize that AI isn't just about creating efficiencies for their teams, but also about its impact across the entire business. ⬅ Since 2023, generative AI integration has increased across all sectors. Acknowledgment of this means significant changes are on the horizon for how TA supports its business functions as they increase their use of AI as well. Anyone who knows me knows I love an efficient process, and I can't wait to see how technology will continue to transform the talent acquisition space.
