One of the biggest mistakes that salespeople, business people make when you're in a startup especially is you oversell things. And it's one of the biggest problems you can do because it will destroy your relationship with the development team. And one of the worst things that can happen to you as a salesperson is not being able to get anywhere feature wise to satisfy your customers in order to make sales.
