When we started Settlo we were driven by the need to address challenges businesses experience in tracking transactions and running basic reports; though ambitious; we were not fully equipped with necessary resources and skill sets to handle market uptake for a solution we provided, many moving pieces to the equation we had not anticipated. Reflecting on the past and how far we have come; from a humble beginning in a cubicle space at a friend's office or a coffee shop for an office space into where we currently are, with a fully equipped Tech Department and experienced software engineers; a functioning Business Operations Team possessing specialized technical expertise necessary for scaling the business side of things; a growing customer base, the list of achievement we’ve had so far is endless…. I take PRIDE in what we’ve BUILT, continue to BUILD and OPTIMISTIC & EXCITED about the FUTURE within reach. I and the team at Settlo continue to embrace innovation, never losing our identity, the startup spirit continues to burn and shine ever brightly! How to decide when to say ‘yes’ and when to say ‘no’

We're closing in on 2025. I was thinking about what has helped me progress when I needed to move forward. Sometimes, it was the things I said “yes” to. Sometimes, it was the things I said “no” to. But here's what I've figured. When you’re looking for clarity - when you’re not sure what excites you or where you want to go - it’s time to say yes to more things than you say no to. Yes to new opportunities. Yes to experiments. Yes to ideas that might surprise you. Because in those moments, progress comes from exploration. From trying things, even if they don’t work out. But when you know what matters - when you’ve figured out what’s important to you - that’s when it’s time to say no. No to distractions. No to things that don’t align. No to anything that pulls you away from your focus. Yes is for discovery. No is for discipline. And the most important part: Knowing when to shift from one to the other. Where are you right now - yes or no?

Reflecting on the journey of seasoned professionals, it's clear that each opportunity they received paved the way for their success. We must extend that same path to every job seeker, including those just starting their careers.

It's great to see the outcome of last board meeting held on 1.3.2024 that Marsons Ltd going to raise fresh funding approx Rs 81 crores in the company through preferential allotment of shares to some strategic investors subject to approval in forthcoming EGM to be held on 30.3.2024. It's great to see that Marsons Ltd is a total debt free company. But would appreciate to know that how the funding which is going to be raised in the company through preferential allotment of shares shall be utilised. Would like to compare Marsons Ltd future business development and activities with its peer company Voltamp Transformers in long run whose share values today are Rs 8500 approx of Rs 10 face value share and total market cap of Voltamp Transformer today are Rs 8600 crores approx. So hoping for great future prospects of Marsons Ltd.
