𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗗𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 Revolver Resources is pleased to share the excellent results from our column leach testwork program for the Dianne Copper Mine Project in northwest Queensland. This six-month program, designed to replicate full-scale heap leach conditions, demonstrates the strong technical and economic potential of this project. The initial testwork on oxide and transition materials from the Dianne Deposit has delivered copper recoveries exceeding 85% within the targeted residence timeframe of six to nine months. Under enhanced leach conditions, recovery rates reached or surpassed 85% in just four to five months, reinforcing the project’s operational efficiency. Additional key findings include low abrasion indices that minimise plant wear, low fines content (5-10%), excellent heap leach amenability and significantly lower acid consumption of 10-15 kg/t compared to typical Australian operations, which range from 20-40 kg/t. With column leach testwork scheduled to conclude in Q4 2024 and final results expected in Q1 2025, the Dianne Project is advancing steadily toward a targeted Final Investment Decision in the coming months. Subject to funding, we are on track to achieve first copper cathode production in the second half of 2025. Managing Director, Pat Williams, commented: “We are extremely pleased with the initial outcomes from the process and column leach testwork undertaken to date on various samples from the Dianne Deposit. To be on track to achieve our target recoveries and residence times in a standard leach environment, and then surpass them in an enhanced setting, is a strong validation of the technical and economic opportunity afforded to us by the Dianne Copper Mine Project.” Read the full announcement here: https://bit.ly/3CXho4Q #RevolverResources #RRR #Copper #Exploration #Mining #ASX

Reuters reports on challenges faced by Codelco, the world's leading #copper producer, with its $5 billion Chuquicamata Subterranea project in Chile, aimed at converting an open-pit mine into an underground operation. The project has encountered operational issues, including machinery breakdowns and construction errors causing collapses. Despite these setbacks, Codelco's chairman Maximo Pacheco acknowledges the importance of overcoming past mistakes. This initiative is vital for extending the mine's lifespan by 50 years, especially as global demand for copper soars with the shift towards #cleanenergy. Copper is crucial for #renewableenergy technologies and #electricvehicles, which use significantly more copper than their conventional counterparts. However, the project has lagged in production, falling short of expectations: https://lnkd.in/gTdrmgpS

Bursting at the seams With underground fires igniting another safety debate in coal mining circles, it is worth reiterating the automation advances the sector continues to make, Daniel Gleeson argues in the latest mechanised coal and soft rock feature from IM September 2024. In this article, we do exactly that, speaking to several of the leading players in the coal and soft-rock space about the innovations they are pushing. We hear from Eickhoff about a number of customers in Australia advancing their autonomous longwalls, as well as the development of a new continuous miner, the CM2E. HBT Group highlights its supplychain moves to improve both aftermarket and capital equipment orders, plus details a new longwall shearer order from Malabar Resources. We also report on China Coal Technology & Engineering Group Corp's longwall shearer work in the bauxite space in China; a ramp up of underground longwall operations at Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa SA in Poland; the latest quarterly updates from FAMUR; Gainwell Engineering's first shield hauler sale in Australia; and a new addition to Sandvik Mining and Rock Solutions' bolter miner line up, the MB672. Revolver Resources is pleased to announce its Quarterly Activities Report for the period ending 30 September 2024, highlighting advancements at the Dianne Copper Mine Project and the Osprey Project, along with key corporate developments. At the Dianne Copper Mine Project, we have executed a Memorandum of Understanding with a leading Asian investment consortium for 100% copper cathode offtake. This agreement establishes a framework for sourcing and supplying additional cathode products, also paving a potential non-dilutive path to fund the recommencement of production. Subject to financing, we remain on track for targeted first LME-grade copper cathode production in H2 2025. At the Osprey Project, we have identified multiple high-priority targets through detailed litho-structural interpretation, indicating strong prospectivity for large-scale Mt-Isa-style epigenetic copper mineralisation. We are planning an artificial intelligence overlay and ground-based geophysical program for Q4 2024 to refine these targets, alongside ongoing discussions about potential new funding to accelerate exploration. We have secured new short-term loan facility agreements totalling A$550,000 for immediate working capital. Additionally, we executed a A$3 million at-the-market equity facility agreement, delivering access to cost-effective standby equity capital over a multi-year term. We invite all shareholders and stakeholders to read the full report for more insights into our activities and future plans: https://bit.ly/3BZhQPh Pat Williams #RevolverResources #RRR #Copper #Exploration #QuarterlyReport #Mining #ASX
