In the world of health and fitness, women are over-marketed - detox teas - waist trainers - fat burners - skinny teas - butt-curving tummy-tucking leggings But in the same world, women are under-served/ get minimal education about: ➡️ menstrual cycles ➡️ menopause ➡️ pelvic health ➡️ disordered eating ➡️ body image struggles ➡️ and much more Literally everywhere women turn there are advertisements, products, and programs pushing BS products that prey on women's insecurities about their bodies and don't even work. Yet, there is *so* little evidence-based education available to women or the health and fitness professionals who work with them about critical topics that impact women's health.
