Today, I just wanted to remind you of something. It’s a big, scary world out there, with lots of crazy, unprecedented things happening right now. I don’t know about you, but sometimes I get lost in the news cycle, reading article after article about everything that’s going on. My pulse starts to quicken, my blood starts to boil, and I start to feel overwhelmed, short of breath, full-on fight-or-flight mode. In times like these, I try to remind myself… Turn off the screen, take a deep breath, and FOCUS. The question is… FOCUS on what? I could write a book about the answer to that question. Instead, I decided to make a sketch. Because sometimes, a picture really is worth a thousand words. My sketches exist because I have spent twenty years of my life working hard to capture in a single image what others might capture in a 250-page book. And this signed, limited edition letterpress print version of "Focus" exists because people asked to have a physical, elegant, clean reminder of this sketch that they can hang on their wall. Show it, label it, sell it. 2: A video or gif. This could be assembly, how it works, showing the plants grow in a timelapse – whatever will communicate the most value, or ease the stress of purchasing. 3: Callout the details of the product. How is it made? Which details matter? How much does it hold? It all matters. 4: A review – cuz there's never a bad spot for good review.
