In India, there is so much of data sharing and integration amongst various businesses to make your life better. - You register a domain and from next day you start getting calls from website designing firms. - You open a demat account and from next day you start getting calls for advisory services. - You register your home and from next day you start getting calls for home interiors. - You get married and from next day you start getting calls from divorce lawyer.. sorry sorry, that's not integrated yet. 😜 😂 #humor #nodataprivacy #uselessgyan

Pre-nups and post-nups 👰 🤵 💍 When should you consider a pre-nuptial or post-nuptial agreement? It's not nice to think the worst before the big day has even happened but it is important to be prepared just in case, especially where..... 💍 One party brings significant assets to a relationship or there is an imbalance in the financial provision to be made by both parties. 💍 Provision needs to be made for children or dependants from a previous relationship. 💍 You wish to influence how assets may be divided between you should the marriage or civil partnership fail - this is not nice to think about but these things do happen. 🔎 Find out more https://buff.ly/3B4lXcl #gettingmarried #tyingtheknot #weddings #prenup #postnup #prenuptialagreement #postnuptialagreement

How is alimony determined? Alimony is not awarded in every case. Alimony is the amount of money one spouse pays to another spouse. There is no static formula for awarding alimony. Alimony is based both on the need (which in some circumstances may translate into the standard of living the parties have become accustomed to) and the ability to pay alimony. Length of marriage, as well as employability, are two of the many factors the Court must consider many factors in determining alimony, pursuant to Mass. Gen. Laws. C. 208, § 34. Spouse or Civil Partner Why is the definition important? Those who are married or in a civil partnership with the deceased at the time of the deceased’s death, who have not been adequately provided for (see below) from the deceased’s estate, can bring a claim against the estate under the Inheritance (Provision for Family & Dependants) Act 1975. Those who believe themselves to be in a common law marriage or civil partnership may be able to bring a claim under a separate heading (which will be covered in later weeks). However, the provision they can hope to achieve is calculated differently. Equally, those who have divorced or annulled their marriage or dissolved (via a dissolution order) or annulled their civil partnership will have different applicable factors.
