Like today's post, inspired by one of those notes that I've kept for myself. • 1 large onion • 1 kilo/2lb ground beef (15% fat) / beef lamb mix • 3 tablespoons of dried breadcrumbs • 3 teaspoons salt • 1 teaspoon black pepper • 1 teaspoon cumin • 2 teaspoon oregano/mixed herbs • 3 teaspoon garlic powder • 2 teaspoon isot pepper (or paprika) Oh wait That was a recipe for a do it your self, doner kebab meat.
