Real Talk: Just because you partner with the viral influencer at the moment DOES NOT mean they will drive sales. There are influencers for brand awareness and influencers who convert (and some who are wizards and do both 🪄 ). Do your research BEFORE partnering up with an influencer, so your team knows what they can expect from the partnership. Ask questions, get details from past partnerships they have done, get on a call with the influencers.... do the work to get the most out of your campaign and reach your KPIS.
