On a recent call with a Skive client, there was a new team member playing devil's advocate. At first, my approach was to respond clearly to each question asked. However, it wasn't working... I realized that the questions were coming from a place of honesty for the client's benefit, but there was a lack of understanding about what we had already built. As a result, the questions were phrased in a very hypothetical manner, and therefore so were the answers. I suggested that the new team member take some time to thoroughly review the system and then come back with questions. We also offered a demo to help them understand it better. This way, their questions can be less hypothetical and more informed, leading to more productive answers and discussions. Thoughts? #skive #client #success #clarity #sales

We have many screens up while demoing, monitoring the facial expressions of our audience, having slack open to talk to our internal team, highlighting parts of our platforms and seeing how certain talk tracks land with prospects.
