I’m curious what studies -or even just legitimate, professional analyses?…have been done on this “pandemic of burnout” that seems to be pervading the Cannabis & Hemp industry lately. I have heard it from too many colleagues and friends within the last year for this to be coincidental- from long time Cannabis and hemp business owners to the legacy growers themselves, many are ready to exit altogether, discouraged and disenchanted with the unrelenting and exhausting rodeo that is the cannabis industry. How can we identify and find solutions for the unique stressors of entrepreneurship in this volatile market? Are there any other industries that compare to such a dynamic environment?
