MedSpa owners and Medical Aesthetics Providers - How do you feel about "selling" to your patients- do you enjoy it? How does your TEAM feel about it? Do you or anyone on your team avoid recommending treatments or products because you assume your customer doesn't have it in their budget? Or because it would be too expensive for you to buy? This is one of the most common reasons providers don't make more for their MedSpa - they assume the customer's budget or they don't think they themselves can afford it, so they don't recommend it. Here's the best advice I can give to help you shift your mindset and feel more confident in your ability to sell: If you learn what your patients want to change (skin laxity, wrinkles, texture, hyperpigmentation, etc.), and you KNOW what treatments and products will get them their desired outcomes (Sculptra, Tox, Skincare regimen, facials, etc.) you have a moral obligation to tell them exactly what they should do to get their desired look. You simply lay out the path that takes them to the place they want to get to. It's up to them to decide how quickly they want to walk down that path.
