I grow leaders for organizations

This is why I do what I do. On Friday I led the final day of a 10-month coach training program that I designed (with a lot of help!) for UT Southwestern Medical Center. This was our 3rd cohort in 3 years, which means we now have dozens of UTSW Certified Professional Coaches across the institution, bringing their coaching skills to the mission of building a culture of personal and professional well-being. I am grateful to work with so many talented professionals who have chosen to add the title of “professional coach” to their CV. I say this with genuine conviction: I learn just as much from you as you learn from me. Thank you to Dr. Susan Matulevicius for the vision and support to make this happen. Thank you to everyone who partnered with me to make it a reality, too many to list but I’ll try, Christina E. Ahn, PhD, CPCC, PCC , Barb Van Hare (Menter) PCC, CPCC, CDTLF , Amal Saymeh, MBA, CPCC, PCC, BCC , Steve Coxsey, MA, PCC , Susan Shapiro , Suzanne Farmer, Ph.D. , Staci Witten, PCC , Anand Rohatgi , Jaime Harry, LCSW , Lauren Smith , Dorothy Sendelbach , JULIAN LONGORIA , Nikita Barnett, and every single participant who joined us on the journey. 💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙
