Michelle Grant 💯 Retail Cloud is an amazing, specially clienteling. Siloed data between online and offline is very big problem, still 80% of retail is offline, and offline never goes away. A customer who’s purchased dozens of times online often feels like a new customer in-store. It doesn’t have to be that way. Store associates can leverage customer data to deliver memorable, personalized shopping experiences.
