General Providers Follow Trends… Premium Brands ARE THE TREND There’s a real difference in results with those who follow common advice on how to stay relevant, grow their audience and increase engagement… And Premium Brands who decide they just want to GET PAID and help more amazing clients. “I guarantee 3X growth in 3 months if you sign up with us for your Branding.” 👀 I get InMails like this every other day. Yes, even I — someone who does Branding for a living. (Makes me wonder if they even bothered to check my profile. Oh well… speaks more about them than me.) If I get them, I’m sure you get them, too. Kindly eradicate such people from your Network. NOT because they CANNOT get you the results, but simply because they claim to know you and what #Growth and #Success means to you. Firstly, #Branding is a marathon, not a sprint. For proper #ROI to come in, it can take YEARS. Secondly, Branding is more of an emotion, it’s a feeling that MAKES PEOPLE BUY FROM YOU — unlike #Marketing which is about you reaching out to people. Thirdly, PARAMETERS. Now, especially in the case of #PersonalBranding, there are a few things to keep in mind to determine the success rate of the efforts itself: ✅ What does “Growth & Success” mean to the aspiring #PersonalBrand? Is it building Authority? Is it Getting Followers? Is it being more Visible? Credible? Getting more opportunities? Growth & Success means different to those looking to build their Personal Brand. ✅ How active and involved is the Personal Brand in question towards their growth? Whether you, individually, handle your Personal Brand or an Agency does — a Personal Brand, unlike a Company Brand, cannot be built without your input. So, YOU HAVE TO BE ACTIVELY INVOLVED. ✅ Are you on the right platform for the industry you’re in? Are you where your audience is sitting?
