Over the last few months, I have started a new journey by deciding to explore my love for filmmaking. As a child, I spent countless hours creating videos with my friends, from LEGO stop motions to recording ourselves acting out scenes. Now, I am in my first year of my Film and TV course and loving every minute. Seeing my ideas come to life and becoming friends with people with similar interests has been amazing. Start with a leading question, then ask a series of open-ended questions ME: Davy and Paul were at the bar and John was serving them? JOEL: Yes. ME: John was facing the door? JOEL: Yes. ME: What did things looked like from John’s view? JOEL: John was getting me my Captain Jack. Taking the longest time. Not quick with the jokes or the drinks. Only focused on Davy and his tour in ‘nam. How the night seemed to last as long as 6 weeks. John was only looking at Davy. He was crying, how his son came back as a numbered corpse. He told Davy to pursue his dream. Not to say goodbye to Hollywood, like he did. His dream was just beyond the nylon curtain. Dramatically he turned and gestured at the window perpendicular to the door. As he looked toward window, I heard shots. ME: Would John have seen the shots from his perspective?
