Last weekend, our Synesso Factory team got to be a part of a very special local install: 👇 👇 👇
👏 Corina Bakery in Tacoma has been pumping drinks out on their Cyncra (Synesso’s first model) for the last decade.
💪 With the bakery now being 16 years strong, they now have a bigger need for capacity, speed, and overall consistency. Jason and his partner recently took over ownership from their family, bringing it into a new era for the community.
🎉 They knew it was time for a Hydra! 🎉
🤙 We knew we couldn’t miss the opportunity for our team to assist in such a legacy of a swap out in our own backyard, giving a special hand for installation and training.
☕ The coffee community here in the Pacific Northwest has been the birthplace of so many incredible coffee companies, including our own! Synesso was built on so many early adopters of the Cyncra, especially here in the Seattle area.
💗 It means the world to be able to give back to our own local community and see new coffee life breathed into it.
P.S. Don’t worry, the Cyncra is going to a good technician’s home for servicing, upgrading, and to onwards to a new home! 🚀
Hey, this is Jason from Corina Bakery and I can't wait for you guys all to come in and see our new Synesso MVP Hydra. We had that scene Cara for I want to say over 10 to 12 years, I want to say and it's been awesome. I started here as a general manager about five years ago and it was always known that I was going to be and my wife are going to take over kind of keep a family legacy going. I work community bakery, part of the neighborhood. We love being here. We've been here for 16 years. We have a lot of great. Customers, a lot of regular customers and we like to bring good coffee to the city. We've grown a lot exponentially or especially over the last two years. And on the weekends it's hard. The lion is so long, it's hard to get in here And so just to keep the line moving along, keep it faster. This felt like the right the right move the new machine to get quicker coffee to but still a good consistent great cup of coffee. Speed is going to be the number one, especially on the weekends. But I think just adding to the consistency too of the coffee that. They come if doesn't matter who's working in the machine, who's working bar, who the Reese is that they know they're gonna get a really good cup of coffee. So I think the consistency, the speed, those are two just big elements. And then maybe being able to bring in more coffee with what the machine does to offer things like single origins, just to have more to offer. I think there's going to be a good element of the new machine.
What a legacy! 🎉
