Financial Literacy at all levels is key infrastructure for financial sector. All citizens and firms as well as organizations should have access to financial education and have budget for it. As far as I know, financial institutions professionals at all level need and give time for training from basic to advance level or financial Engineering. Most of time in Ethiopia, Finance and Accounting are considered the same. We have to identify the different and understand what Finance and Financial System as well as Accounting and Accounting System. So that the sector grows and we can benefit as professional and as clients. Just my view!
