This year brought me incredible opportunities for professional growth—not just in title or role, but in how I show up every day. The lessons I’ve learned have shaped not only my work but also how I approach life. Here are a few insights I’d like to share: 1️⃣ Stick to your routines and practices. Work can get busy, but it should never overshadow your well-being. Prioritize your healthy habits—whether it’s meditation, working out, or any routine that keeps you energized and grounded. 2️⃣ Focus on what you can control. In ever-changing work environments, don’t let distractions pull you away from your growth or your team’s. Pour your energy into what you can influence: your personal development and the support you provide to others. 3️⃣ Use your voice. If something feels off, speak up. Your voice matters, and so do you. Advocating for change, fairness, or improvement makes a difference—for you and for others. 4️⃣ Lead with empathy. Everyone has a story—both inside and outside of work. We don’t always know what challenges others are facing. By approaching each interaction with kindness, listening deeply, and learning from one another, we create spaces of trust and connection. Wishing you all a meaningful close to 2024 and an inspiring start to 2025!
Love these highlights Michelle! So simple and yet so easy to disregard. I've seen you embody each of these this year, and I can't wait to see what's next!
