Post Impressions ≠ New Business There’s a huge misconception that getting tons of impressions on your posts will automatically translate to new business. Not true. It’s just one piece of the puzzle. To improve your conversions, try this: 1. Make sure your content truly resonates with your targets’ problems, needs and interests. There’s a massive difference between “liking” a post and finding it valuable to your business. 2. Optimize your website to match your social positioning. Make sure there isn’t a disconnect or trust-gap when prospects visit your site. 3. Focus on building relationships on social… not just getting “likes”. Further conversations to stay top-of-mind. Converting impressions into actual business takes patience, consistency, and a well-executed strategy. Remember, social media is a marathon — not a sprint. 🥇

I built a six-figure business without followers. Here’s why you don't need them either. What I didn’t do to grow my business: - I didn’t run ads. - I didn’t send cold emails. - I didn’t build a huge social media following. Here’s what I did focus on: - Delivering exceptional work. - Letting my results speak for themselves. - Building strong, authentic relationships with clients. Here’s the truth: - Value will always be your best marketing. - Strong client relationships will always outperform flashy campaigns. - Consistency builds more trust than any follower count. Do I think having a social presence helps? Absolutely. But it’s not required to succeed. What matters is taking action —deliver value, stay consistent, and build real relationships. Don’t wait for the perfect strategy or audience. Start now and let the results follow.

Did you know… 70% of the population are hard wired to come up with their best copy and content ideas as a RESPONSE to something they see or hear from outside of them. Commenting on someone’s post is a great opportunity to produce your best work - without having to think too hard about what to say. Read their post, then write your reply AS IF you are writing a post of your own - like I’m doing here because this was originally a comment. Then copy your reply and post it for your audience - as I’m doing here. Now you are fulfilling three valuable marketing goals. ✅ You’re visible to new people - because their post will travel beyond your connections. ✅ You’re building a relationship when you engage with people - networking. ✅ And you’re creating magnetic content with little effort - because the words for what you want to say just flow when you’re ‘activated’. On LinkedIn, you have 3 months to make an impression, 6 months to build a reputation, and…..... a lifetime of opportunities because of it. Here are 5 under-the-radar reasons why building a brand is essential today: 1. Silent credibility → My last post got only 8 likes, but I still booked a call. Your content is being watched, so don’t stop—engagement isn’t always visible. 2. Influence without a massive audience → Niche creators are now the talk of the town. You can build a powerful brand in a specialized industry with just a thousand followers. It’s not about the numbers anymore. 3. Attract opportunities without direct selling → My client was attending an event in another state. We posted about it, and 5 people showed up—one will be a client soon. Win-win. 4. Reduce marketing costs for your business → Imagine being known before you even walk into a room—that’s what your LinkedIn presence can do. Why spend on ads when you can be a walking, talking promoter of your business? 5. Access to people you can’t reach elsewhere → A single cold email can take you places. But on social media, everyone has a chance to connect. Starting conversations is easier online, so take your shot. There are endless reasons to build a brand, but little information on the 'how' of it. If you want to know more—let’s talk!

As a digital marketer, I noticed social media personal profiles are more effective in the concept of selling products than a business page. This scenario happens for small to medium businesses. But Why? Personal profiles have authentic connections, human touch, and inner engagements. 💡 Most of our personal profiles talk about our daily lives, which is more relatable to follow. 💡 In your personal account, people have known you for a long time, which is why they easily trust you. But why should you use a business page? If you are looking for long-term growth, then professional accounts are necessary. 🚀 Your business pages give you a clear identity and insights for better growth. 🚀 It enhances credibility and offers robust marketing tools. One thing you have to do is drive your personal connections into your business pages. You have to try to create human-friendly content and give personal invitations, replies, and comments for better engagement. When you have a large audience, it will help you understand your brand tone.

“Your Network is your Net Worth.” Your network is where you get ideas for your next business venture, or it might be where you seek professional references when you need them. This phrase is followed by many of us because, well, it’s true. It’s also your best bet for marketing — especially word-of-mouth marketing or its more popular cousin "word-of-mouse" marketing. First, when most people think about getting a bigger network, they tend to think in terms of having a wide network. They want to be connected to as many people as they possibly can. Social media has made us think in that direction for the last decade. The problem with this approach is that you can be so focused on connecting with so many people that you stretch yourself too thin. Your messaging just isn’t effective when you do this. Instead, you should focus on getting a bigger network in terms of depth. Make the relationships you have more significant! #marketyourself #Valuepeople #relationshipsmatter
