Slovak film documentary filmmaker Katarína Začková, inspired by the book WATER FOR THE THREE MILLENNIUM (People and Water, 2000), made the film THE AIR CONDITIONER HAS A FAILURE (2005). What Central Europe has been experiencing for the last 4 days is explained in detail in this film. In the film, there are synchros from the tragic floods in Romania, where I am at the moment. 20 years have passed since then, and the ice has moved, albeit slowly. In Romania, at the working meeting of the LAND4CLIMATE consortium (www.land4climate.eu), we are dealing with examples of good land use practice, as explained in the film.
