These teams of individuals reach out to communities, identify need and facilitate distributions. . This process elevates local people as leaders in their communities, demonstrating public speaking and organizational skills. Our partners are also often light recipients themselves and are working towards achieving big dreams. . Organizing these teams is a lot of work and adds to the cost of the process, but it is the most efficient way to scale and reach more people. .
