What really happens 30 minutes before the PR pitch of the year? Loadshedding! No problem. Generator? Dead. No power, no office, no problem. Did we panic? Nope. That's not how we roll. With laptops in one hand, and sheer determination in the other, the PR Worx pitch team convoyed it to my house. My dining room - with its gorgeous crystal chandelier reflecting on the antique dining table - transformed into a boardroom that could rival any corporate setup. The stage was set. The webcam ready. We've Levelled Up! Literally. I am beyond thrilled to share that our Bolt Tartu team has officially moved into our brand-new, expansive office space! This milestone represents not just growth, but the incredible views that come with it. Our new rooms have nearly triple the space, meaning more room for collaboration, creativity, and innovation. And air hockey. 🏒 Imagine state-of-the-art meeting rooms buzzing with ideas, breakout spaces sparking spontaneous collaboration, and a workspace designed to inspire our best work. This is where we'll build the car-free future together. The fact that we more than doubled our meeting rooms means that after I figure out where all the rooms are I have plenty of different places to host interviews from. 🗺 Of course, I would love a table that moves a bit over my knee height but this still works.* A massive shoutout to our rockstar team for navigating the inevitable hiccups during the move (Tuuli Tigane Kerttu L. Kaidi Erisalu and many more!). Your flexibility, positivity, and "can-do" attitude gave us an awesome workplace, from our awesome workplace team!
