What a day!!! Yesterday marked the demo day of #oneCEVA design sprint at TANGRAM Center ! For those who think a design sprint is just about sticking post-its on a wall, this event was a true demonstration of what can be achieved: - 2 days of sessions supported by School Lab, and 3 weeks of working from home with our AI partners at Capgemini resulted in: - 4 concrete ideas to revolutionize warehouse management and our ground network operations - 4 business cases with impacts exceeding millions - 2 mockups - 1 chatbot powered by Capgemini and connected to live data with Gemini from Google - 1 algorithm already achieving 90% accuracy This has generated significant interest from our jury, which included Ceva board members and was chaired by our CEO (Mathieu Friedberg). It has also set high expectations from our customer, Groupe L'OCCITANE - Régis Danjou. A big thank you to the entire CEVA Logistics teams for their dedication, with special recognition to our #AI & #Innovation team led by Mélanie Musso. Thanks also to our partners (Schoolab | Mission-driven company, PwC and Capgemini) and jury. This is just the beginning of our journey, as we now have to bring these ideas to life!
