Looking for a last-minute holiday gift? How about feedback! OK, that may have been a cheesy start, but hear me out: feedback is one of the most valuable gifts we can give and receive—especially when it's authentic and consistent. Over the past month, I've had the pleasure of leading a series of lunch discussions (Lil Lunches—trademark pending), where over 90 BlueRockers came together to openly explore the art of giving and receiving feedback. One of the key takeaways for me? BlueRock Therapeutics's powerful sense of community. Our BlueRockers are truly embracing the collective responsibility to help one another grow and succeed across all levels. Other key themes include: -Appreciation that not everyone receives or processes feedback the same -Asking permission always helps -Be specific! -Make sure feedback is not always constructive, celebrate the wins, but make sure to add why something was so good, or what it accomplished -Develop a feedback strategy (who, what, when, how) -Track your progress on feedback What others tips to effective feedback (receiving or giving) can you think of? #Feedback #Community #growthmindset #BlueRockers

Like any skill it takes consistent practice (giving and receiving) to improve!

Hmmm. I feel as if I just heard this :) How about adding this to the convo - the best way to find a path to give constructive feedback is to solicit the same. Thanks for a great year end session Mike !
