Can you even say agile anymore – and at the same time keep your spirits high?   Join me and Tim Pedersen at GoTo in Aarhus for a deep dive into the reasons behind why agile transformations haven’t lived up to the expectations and how we might move on from here.   We will present the result from a round of conversations we had in the autumn of 2023 with people responsible for doing agile transformations in Denmark in a talk on May 27.   We will follow-up with a masterclass on May 28 where we will investigate, how we can best move on from the present state of the agile transformations – some better than others.   We will draw a map of the territory and find possible next steps.
