I just finished reading “The Wisdom of the Bullfrog” by Admiral McRaven and I enjoyed the collection of leadership lessons learned from over 40 years of service. His simple advice ranges from the importance of meticulous planning and ALWAYS having a plan B. (reminds me of the pre-mortems we do for every launch!), emphasizing the importance of groundwork -- rolling up your sleeves and doing the work alongside your team, to stepping outside of your comfort zone and working hard to overcome your shortcomings.
