C++ experience is a huge plus for this position. Collaborate with the Beeswax Product Management team to deliver new features to Beeswax customers. Provide guidance on technical architecture, design philosophies, and engineering practices for your team. Drive improvements to Ad Serving software infrastructure. Ensure adherence to deadlines, specifications, and budgets. Review team members’ work to ensure quality to team standards. Provide technical support and training in Ad Serving capabilities. Implement and review employee performance metrics. Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies.
