#US10Y: A fall of 10 bps after the lower than expected PPI prints and ahead of today’s CPI. The median forecast for the headline no today is 3%. If that happens, expect the 10Y to test the supports at 3.75 & 3.67 and the structure changing to Sell on Rise; resistances at 3.95 & 4.01

As per the PSCBC resolution 2 of 2023, the capped projected CPI refers to a scenario where, if the expected CPI percentage for 2024/2025 is lower than 4.5%, then the projected CPI for that period will be considered as 4.5%. On the other hand, if the expected CPI for that period is higher than 6.5%, then the projected CPI will be considered as 6.5%.
