Pursuing an MBA after completing a B.tech can significantly enhance your career prospects. As a BTech graduate you are equipped with technical skills and lack a deep understanding of business operations and management strategies. An MBA will provide valuable insights into finance, marketing, and leadership, bridging the gap between technical know-how and business acumen. It opens doors to leadership roles and broadens your professional network. Overall, this combination of degrees equips you to tackle complex problems with a balanced perspective, making you a versatile and highly sought-after professional in today's competitive job market. #management #mba #marketing #finance #Hr #operations #logistics #scm #internationalbusiness #india

This would sound too subjective and biased But if you feel you are not getting any employment opportunities after under graduation, then do an MBA. I have studied a lot of courses and hence I think I am qualified enough to write about this. MBA opens a lot of opportunities in terms of growth, career progression, opportunities as well as field preferences. If you do it from a decently good B-School in India, you would definitely have a comfortable life in 5 years after you start working. People have this biasness that you need experience to do an MBA, I feel MBA after graduation makes more sense because - -Freshers get good opportunities -You are paid well after 2 years compared to your counterparts who are working after graduation -You have more earning years and can reach to the top in a fairly good time. -You have less responsibilities if you are done with an MBA in 23 as compared to 27 -Relatively better career switches -Study flow
