How many times do you think you hit the ‘backspace’ key per day? ⌨️ If you’re like me, you would be totally lost without it (I just used it 5 times to type that one sentence 🤦♂️) The recent ‘Language Model Physics’ paper begs the question “what if AI models could correct their mistakes as they happen?” In other words, what if they had their own ‘backspace’ key? 🤔 The ability for models to catch and correct their mistakes in real-time will significantly improve reasoning capabilities, which is critical in building useful AI applications.
